ECCO Radio - Exploits Community Centre Radio Online - is an online streaming radio station based out of the Exploits Community Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
The Exploits Community Centre is a not-for-profit multi-purpose facility that offers social, educational, vocational, and recreational programs to enhance the quality of life of Newfoundland and Labrador Housing tenants and residents of Grand Falls-Windsor, and Bishop's Falls, NL. Through partnerships with local stakeholders, we facilitate individual skill development, and community capacity-building services and activities.
ECCO Radio will be located in the basement of the Exploits Community Centre. The radio station will provide youth, adults, and seniors with the opportunity to learn technological, organizational, and communications skills, while building self-esteem. By providing youth, especially, with the opportunity to express themselves in a positive way, we will reduce crime in our community.
